Once orders are received Eazytamp prepare and dispatch orders by the next business day.

Shipment Method

Australian Customers

Orders are sent using Australia Post and can be sent by express post or parcel post. Deliveries usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive.

Tracking numbers will be provided by email or SMS (if mobile phone number is supplied). 

International Customers

International orders are sent using Australia Post. Three options are provided for shipment internationally:

1. Economy Air

Expected time for delivery is 10-18 business days.  A tracking number is provided for shipment.

2. Standard Shipping

Expected time for delivery is 10 business days. A tracking number is provided for shipment.

3. Express

Expected time for delivery of these orders is 4-6 business days, pending customs clearance.  A tracking number is provided for shipment.

Our Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations. Relevant guarantees given pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law apply.

If you have a concern about your purchase and it cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund through PayPal, upon return of the product with original packaging to Eazytamp. All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
